As Discord is technically a Chrome instance, you can access Google Chrome's Developer Tools, which come packed with things like inpect element, and the Discord console.
The hotkey to open the Discord Console (Developer Tools) is the same as in Google Chrome, simply press CTRL + SHIFT + I on Windows, or COMMAND + SHIFT + I on Mac (at the same time).
